This was a submission I entered into a monthly CG Society community contest. I used a base 3D model to create the rough layout. Then utilized photo manipulation techniques to build the image.

Created from scratch I referenced imagery of props from Universal Studios in Orlando and images pulled from a Google search to design the Quidditch broom. Materials: 2x6 Cedar • Japanese Maple and a local found reed • scrap copper tubing and wire

This was an early test rendering of a stylized skull with fabric draped over it.
